Model: All Clevertouch models

Symptom: Areas of the screens display are not being seen either by black lines or dead space  

Resolution:  

To test whether the panel has dead pixels not producing the display a Burn test can be done via the debug menu as the Burn in test checks the screen buy running specific test patterns across the screen to test the pixels. 

• Get your Clevertouch remote and press the ‘INPUT’ button and the input pop up will come up on screen  

• When the when is on screen then press ‘1 3 7 9’ on the number pad on the remote, this will bring up the debug menu on the left-hand side of the screen 

• Select ‘Burn Mode’ from the menu, which can either be done by touch or using the remote, then press ‘Enter’  

This test can determine whether the screen has a dead pixel or not, in which we would need to be replace the Clevertouch Panel
